The ACT is not offered at AHS, but is available to take at other schools in our region.

For the 2025-2026 year, the ACT test costs $68 and the ACT with writing is $93. Visit Student Services or TRiO if you need a fee waiver.
Fee Waivers:
Fee waivers are available for eligible students. Please visit Student Services or TRiO if you need a fee waiver. In order to qualify, a student must qualify for free or reduced lunch, be a member of Upward Bound or Talent Search, or have a financial hardship. Using an SAT fee waiver allows students to use fee waivers for many college application fees as well. Talk with a school counselor for more information.
